As the Deputy CEO, I have a varied role, no one day remains the same and each day brings new challenges. Much of my role is ensuring ERVAS is compliant around HR, sourcing funding for the core services of ERVAS, managing the day to day business of ERVAS and deputising in the absence of the CEO.
As a charged for service, I also assist voluntary sector organisations with their Human Resources queries and sourcing funding for them.
