We provided intensive development support to organisations around developing better governance, by reviewing current governance arrangements across a range of areas including governing document, Regulator requirements (Charity Commission, Companies House, HMRC, Information Commissioners Office etc), policies and procedures, decision making, trustees, staffing and volunteer management and develop a tailored action plan to support organisations in improving their Governance.
Alongside the above we provided volunteer brokerage to support organisations with the recruitment of Volunteers and Trustees.
Access the Succession Planning Toolkit
We are provided intensive development support to a limited number of organisations focused on succession planning, which is part of the good governance picture. Succession planning impacts the whole organisation and conducted in a timely manner, contributes positively to the whole organisation and helps to build a culture of training and development, reflection and transparency in relation to roles and responsibilities. All of which are building blocks of successful people management.
Working with a few organisations intensively we have produced materials to support other voluntary and community groups with succession planning ensuring they are more resilient, sustainable and future ready.
