We C.A.R.E Event - Saturday 17th November 
Come and find out more about your local voluntary and community groups.There will be lots of information about what organisations can do for you and your family, how you can get involved, as well as plenty of activities, games, prizes and a Youth Fest!

Beverley Youth Festive Event - Saturday 17th November
All 9 - 18 year olds will get a free festival pass and will be able to take part in lots of creative activities, competitions, prizes, games and there will be free food, mocktails and much, much more! 

This event is supported by the Beverley Youth Coalition.

Volunteer and Buddy Project Training Session - Thursday 13th December
Would you like to know how volunteering can increase your employability prospects, what to expect from volunteering.  We will be including tips for interviews and how to get the best from your CV.

Positive Activity Grant
The Youth & Family Support (YFS) service  of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council (ERYC) are very pleased to announce the 2019 Positive Activity Grant (PAG) is now open for applications.
Band A  - two grants of £5,000 for new Voluntary Youth organisation’s that deliver positive activities to young people who have  not previously been awarded a Positive Activity Grant  and Band B 15 awards up to maximum of £1,999 for existing youth organisation's delivering positive diversionary activity to young people across the East Riding.


Roos Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund
RES, the British independent renewable energy company that developed the nine turbine wind farm,  has established a Community Fund  to provide £36,000 per year (index linked) to support local community projects during the lifetime of the wind farm. 
Completed applications to the Fund must demonstrate that their activities will benefit the communities living and working within 5km of Roos Post Office. This area includes the parishes of Burton Pidsea, Rimswell, Halsham and Roos.

Using your knowledge and a variety of detached youth work skills and interventions and providing in-depth support you will help to raise young people’s aspirations, support their social and life skills development and improve their self-esteem and confidence

Using your knowledge and a variety of detached youth work skills and interventions and providing in-depth support you will help to raise young people’s aspirations, support their social and life skills development and improve their self-esteem and confidence

HEYmind - Sports Coordinator - Deadline: Monday 19th November
Combining your proven ability to coordinate projects with a commitment to the benefit that physical activity can have on mental health, you will help to remove barriers that people with mental health problems can face to become more active.  You should also have experience of managing and motivating a team of volunteers who will contribute to the delivery of the programme.

Beverley Male Vice Choir Xmas Concert
This concert will take place in Toll Gavel Church in Beverley as above. We are delighted that our guest choir this year is Pastiche Ladies Choir. Tickets are available on the door and at the Beverley Tourist Centre (in The Treasure House, or over the telephone – 01482 391672), and also at the Dog and Duck pub in Beverley.


FISH and SENDIASS Bulletin
Your forum needs YOU!! EYPCF have been incredibly busy
hosting coffee mornings and workshops, attending meetings to represent parent carers to help influence future services and provisions. To sustain our work for parent carers we really need to recruit new members to our steering group.
