The Hinge centre is a small local charity based in Bridlington and we are currently looking for an experienced, hardworking individual to join our team. The hours of work will be 12.30pm-4.30pm, Monday-Friday, however due to the nature of the post some flexibility may be required.

The Support Worker will be responsible for working with vulnerable individuals to identify support needs and develop and implement a tailored package of support. The post holder will be based at The Hinge centre however the bulk of the support will be given in the community, supporting individuals to appointments, interviews and building their confidence in the community setting.

The post holder will be responsible for providing support, liaising with other agencies and recording and evaluating positive change.

It is essential that you have experience working in a similar field, are able to lone work, use your own initiative and have access to your own vehicle.
