and skilled staff team to help us deliver the best support.

Homelessness Navigator
Based in Grimsby – 37 hours per week £19,019 per annum (Initial four month contract with potential to extend)

Do you want to part of an innovative new project aimed at helping people
with the most complex needs move away from rough sleeping?

The project has a genuinely different approach to other, more traditional, work with
homeless people.

  • The post holder will have a lower caseload and be unrestricted by usual time limits and targets.
  • An understanding of how to work effectively with people who have multiple needs including mental health, offending, substance misuse and homelessness will be essential to this role.
  • You will have a strong belief that you can make a real difference to people’s lives and be
    able to work flexibly.
  • Applicants must have a full, current driving license and access to their own transport for
    work purposes to enable them to respond quickly to situations
