Engagement and Development Officer

Salary: Between £18,122 and £18,855 (FTE £25,790 and £26,833) per annum, dependent on experience + pension contribution (10.6%)   

Status: 26 hours per week to 31st December 2022 fixed contract and 16 hours from 1st January 2023 to 30th November 2025 fixed contract

25 days annual leave + public holidays pro rata + employers pension contribution 10.6%

Job Role:              

ERVAS has received Yorkshire Coast Community Led Local Development (Advantage Coast Programme) funding and from the National Lottery Community Fund to support the Bridlington Hub and provide Social Business Support in Bridlington.  You will work in Bridlington supporting Social Businesses and the voluntary sector in Bridlington; identify their needs, prepare action plans and co-ordinate the needs of the Social Businesses and the voluntary sector.  You will also be responsible for developing, facilitating and growing the local networks specific to Social Business’s and the sector’s needs.

Therefore we require a suitably qualified and experienced person to take this project forward.
