Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of East Riding Voluntary Action Services (ERVAS) Limited will be held electronically.

Members will be given the opportunity to vote via electronic means.  This is the first time East Riding Voluntary Action has held an electronic AGM.  A voting poll will be sent to all members to enable them to vote prior to the 13th February 2019.  Votes will not be counted until the 13th February 2019.  Trustee nominations and profiles will be available on the ERVAS website to enable members to vote. Members will also be voting on the business outlined below.

Nominations and Trustee applications to become a Trustee for ERVAS should be received by 4th February 2019 to enable electronic voting.  Nominations should be sent to Judith Leech at or to the office address on this notice.
