SAR Learning Event 1 – Theme Neglect

Following on from the Collaborative Learning Report that the Board produced in July we are hosting a number of learning from SAR events.
These events will be based on the most prevalent themes identified across the Yorkshire and Humber – Suicide and Neglect.
The events are based on out of area SARs and will offer the opportunity to have a retrospective discussion and explore alternative trajectories with partners and develop a framework to minimise the risk of similar occurrences in the future across our area.
The events will be held in person at County Hall with the additional option of joining virtually if needed.
