Annual General Meeting and Consultation

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of East Riding Voluntary Action Services (ERVAS) Limited will be held electronically.

Members will be given the opportunity to vote via electronic means. A voting poll will be sent to all members to enable them to vote prior to the 31 January 2022. Votes will not be counted until the 31 January 2022. Trustee nominations and profiles will be available on the ERVAS website to enable members to vote. Members will also be voting on the business outlined below.

Nominations and Trustee applications to become a Trustee for ERVAS should be received by 24 January 2022 to enable electronic voting. Nominations should be sent to office@ervas.org.uk or to the office address on this notice.

Following the business of the AGM we will be holding consultation regarding a potential merger with Voluntary Action North Lincolnshire (VANL).
