Congratulations to Bridlington Street Angels

Congratulations to Bridlington Street Angels who have won a donation from funding website easyfundraising

easyfundraising helps good causes around the UK raise funds by enabling them to benefit from free donations from leading online retailers.  Bridlington Street Angels Chairman Phil Gowland set up a free easyfundraising page and won a £50 donation to kickstart their fundraising.

Bridlington Street Angels seeks to help all those in need during the night-time economy around the town centre, Spa, harbour and sea front areas of Bridlington.

Phil said: “easyfundraising has been everything it claims to be in its name. It was so easy to register, set up, use and requires very little time to manage.

This donation will help us to continue to support those in need around Bridlington. We’ll use the funds towards our inclusion in the BridLink Radio system which gives us a valuable connection with Bridlington CCTV services and Humberside Police who direct us to areas of need on a Saturday night.”

How your organisation can also benefit from free funding:

5,000 leading retailers including Amazon, eBay, Argos and John Lewis will make a small donation to your organisation whenever your staff, volunteers and supporters use the easyfundraising website or app to shop with them.

With so many people shopping online nowadays, this is an easy way to boost your funds. An average online shopper can raise around £25 each year with easyfundraising. Multiply that by the number of people connected to your organisation to see how much you could raise.

It’s free to register and use and your organisation does not need to be a registered charity as it is open to voluntary organisations of all shape and size.

The benefits:

  • Free to register and use
  • Regular, on-going revenue stream for your organisation
  • Easy to set up and requires minimal management

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one!
